Uranus is named after the Greek god of the sky. It is one of the two Ice Giants in the solar system, meaning it has large amounts of icy materials like water, ammonia, and methane.

Fun Fact: Like Saturn, Uranus has rings! The planet has thirteen rings — the inner rings are narrow and dark, while the outer rings are bright and colorful.
